Click on the tab at the top labeled PPP
Clear out the phone number box and type in the national dial-up number
Available National Dial-Up Numbers
In the username box you need to add @mlode.com to the end
For example if your username was jasont then you would change it to jasont@mlode.com
You should not need to change the password.

Press Apply Now on the bottom right
Then press the red circle on the top left to close
You're ready to connect to the internet with National Dial-Up
