Click Start.
Scroll up and click on Settings
Click on Network and Dialup Connections
You should now see the following

Right click on the MLI icon and select properties |

Clear out the phone number box and type in the national dial-up number
Available National Dial-Up Numbers |

Click OK
Now double click on MLI
In the username box you need to add @mlode.com to the end
For example if your username was jasont then you would change it to jasont@mlode.com
You should not need to change the password

Click on Connect to dial up to the internet
You're ready to connect to the internet with National Dial-Up
