Double Click on "My Computer".
Double click on Dial-up Networking
You should now see the following |

Right Click on the LodeLink icon and select properties |

Clear out the phone number box and type in the number that matches your area Available Dialup Numbers
Remove the check mark in Use country code and area code.
Note this may be Use area code and dialing rules uncheck it as well

Click on the tab at the top labeled Server Types
Remove all check marks except TCP/IP
Make sure that this is the only one checked. |

Click on the "TCP/IP Settings" button at the bottom
Make sure both dots or in "Server Assigned" and that the bottom 2 options are checked like the picture

Click OK
Click OK again
You're all finished.
