Click Start.
Scroll up and click on Settings
Click on Network and Dialup Connections
You should now see the following |

Right Click on the LodeLink icon and select properties |

Clear out the phone number box and type in the number that matches your area
Available Dialup Numbers |

Remove the check mark in Use dialing rules.
Click on the tab at the top labeled Networking
Scroll down the list and select Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)
Make sure that this is checked. |

Click on the Properties
Make sure both dots or in Obtain like the picture

Click OK
Click OK again
