Critical Alert
  Critical alerts are reserved for threats that pose imminent risk to most computers and the internet. If measures are not taken immediately major damage or extreme security compromises may occur to your computer or network.


Severe Alert
  Severe alerts are for threats that limit the operation or use of your computer. If measures are not taken, it is possible that normal operation will be interrupted .A technician will need to reverse any changes to your computer.


Moderate Alert
  Moderate alerts are for threats that are not considered to be a major risk, but should still be addressed.These risks are generally corrected by updating your anti-virus program or patching your operating system.
